The Razer Blackwido Elite "A" button sometimes doesn't work. What to do?

Hey folks, hope you're doing well.

Long story short: Since transporting my Razer Blackwido Elite, I've noticed that I sometimes just can't move to the right while gaming (the A button doesn't work, no matter how many times I press it). After a short while, it responds again. Just for fun, I also set the right move to Y to see if the problem was with the game (it isn't! Something's wrong with the button).

I haven't noticed anything while writing and working so far.

Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a stylus. Can I even use a stylus with it, or is that not possible? And if so, which one is best for the laptop?

The obvious answer is that the switch is slightly defective. It would have to be replaced (buy a suitable switch and solder it in). However, this requires opening the keyboard and having soldering skills. It's not too difficult, though.
