The iPad Air 5 display sometimes goes blank and sometimes doesn't charge. What to do?
I've had my iPad for about half a year and for maybe a month or two my display has been turning off every now and then. It doesn't happen regularly and it happens with all sorts of programs. It just turns off. Then I can turn the screen back on, unlock it and it's fine. But it's getting annoying that the display just turns off, especially when I'm taking important notes or playing a few games. I've also had the problem for a while now that my iPad just won't charge. A restart is enough and then it starts charging again, but if I don't pay attention to it in the evening, I end up with an iPad that isn't fully charged in my bag in the morning. And I depend on it. So a solution to both of these problems would be really helpful.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Contact Apple Support. If you’ve only had it for half a year, then you actually have a guarantee or something.
Thanks for the answer. That’s right. But I bought it from Amazon. So I’d have to report to them, wouldn’t I?
I don’t know. You can contact both and anyone will be able to help you!
