THC levels very high.. Body type (slim)?
Hello everyone!
I have a very important question
I've been a chronic smoker for years. I quit months ago. A few days ago, I received a letter telling me I have to take a MPU (medical test). My blood sugar levels were high. I have 2.5 months to quit. Will I be able to get clean in that time by drinking a lot, sweating, etc.?
I've not been noticed by the police and have no previous convictions or charges. I received a one-month driving ban and a misdemeanor fine of €550 (€624 in total because they sent me the letter 🙁 ) Is it just because they want to catch me like this and catch me the first time, or should I hire a lawyer?
THC carboxylic acid 95 ng/ml
THC value 8.9 ng/ml
And I had a test at 7 a.m. That means I peed on the spot, and because the line wasn't very visible on the test, I had to go to the hospital for a blood test.
Chronic smoker (several times a day)
Slim
Thanks in advance 🙏🏽
No, the “multi-costs” have been caused by the blood investigation, which means 500 euros fine + 124 euros for the BE (where this amount is still very human).
You have 2.5 months to submit a positive MPU opinion at FEB, which is the usual period after a drug trip above the allowed limit of 1 ng/ml active THC.
Yes, it is because this value can be accepted by regular consumption and this is not compatible with a driving licence.
A lawyer can’t help you in this situation.
Can’t be predicted. With “chronic” consumption, it can also take longer until nothing is in the body.
Either way, the period is not enough to have a MPU positive because you have to prove abstinence for the assessment before 12-15 months (either via urine screenings or hair analyses). This means you have to leave your driving permit at the end of the deadline. 3-4 months before you have the evidence of abstinence together, you can apply for a new driving permit, then comes the new call to the MPU, to which you best prepare yourself with professional help, because with the biggest hurdle in the MPU, the conversation with the expert/psychologist is…
Thank you. So how do I do that? I’m going to the driver’s office and I’m telling them that I can’t follow their requirements until 24.05.2023 to deliver a negative MPU opinion because I’m positive or positive. I don’t want to pay twice.
You either don’t even rely on the letter of the FEB, or you even specify to which MPI they should send the file, but then of course do not make an appointment. After some time, your file will be sent back to the FEB and this will then be back to you. In this way you hesitate to withdraw your driving permit for a few months. If the new letter of the FEB comes, you give off the bill “voluntary” so you save the withdrawal costs. In the meantime, you’ll be collecting evidence of abstinence so that you can keep the time without FS as short as possible.
As you continued, I had already written you in my previous answer. :
I don’t want to take your hope, but for you it will be a long way.
Two and a half months are fast.
Of course it helps if you drink a lot – for example, Brennessel and/or Birkenblatttee but this is only half the rent, because a MPU belongs to even more…
I wish you a lot of success and everything
How high were your values? If you’ve been there for a long time and the values have been high, set yourself up for a longer time without a driver’s license.
What do you mean? A MPU is not just “shot off” as you call it….
