Thailändische Staatsbürgerschaft beantragen als halb Thai?
Guten Tag,
Ich bin halb thai ( Mutter Thai und Vater deutsch )
bin aber in Deutschland geboren und besitze somit die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft und nur den deutschen pass und würde meine deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit für die thailändische abgeben.
Ich bin 20, also volljährig.
Ich wollte mal fragen ob ihr wisst wie genau das abläuft oder ob das so einfach geht ?
Oder unterliegt das einem langjährigen „ Prozess“
Muss ich mich da an die Botschaft/Konsulat wenden in Deutschland ?
oder direkt in Thailand
Ist das auch einfach so möglich oder kann das auch abgelehnt werden ?
Falls das relevant ist : hab keinen Kontakt zur Mutter falls mal Unterlagen oder so benötigt werden oder Hilfe

If your mother has the thailaendic state authority, you also own it, so do not need to apply for it and do not need to give up your German state authority. Your children will also receive the thailaendic state authority unabated from the birthplace.
Without the participation of your thailaenic mother, however, it may be quite complicated to register your thailaendic state authority in the accommodating thailaenic occupiers. Documents from Thailand are donated.
Contact the thailaendische Auslandsvertretung, which is responsible for your place of residence, either to the consular department of the thailaenische Embassy in Berlin or one of the thailaendic general consulates in Muenchen and in Frankfurt. There you will be able to help. I don’t know whether it’s going to be with the thailaenian courtesy academies in Hamburg and Essen. But even there you will at least be able to tell you where you have to turn.
