I sent someone on Steam a TF2 key as a trade request for 15,000 Steam Awards. These awards would be converted into Steam Points after 14 days, which can be used in the Steam Points store. Unfortunately, I seem to have been scammed… My actual question is, is it legal to trade TF2 keys or other tradable items for Steam Points/Awards on Steam?
