– Question: When did the âLittle Albertâ study come from?
– Sentence: âThe Little Albert study is a well-known experiment from the 1920s.â
2. Adverbial clause: ânowâ
– Question: When is the rat dangerous for Albert?
– Sentence: âThe rat is now dangerous for Albert.â
3. Adverbial clause: âafter the experimentâ
– Question: When is Albert not treated well after the experiment?
– Sentence: âAlbert is not treated well **after the experiment**.â
4. Adverbial clause: "after the study"
– Question: When is it unclear what happens to Albert?
– Sentence: âIt is unclear what will happen to Albert after the study.â
Time span
5. Adverbial clause: âafter a few timesâ
– Question: When is Albert afraid of the rat?
– Sentence: âAfter a few times, Albert is afraid of the rat, even without the noise.â
1 Also possible: From when to …? (I think it’s unbelievable, but that’s just my opinion.)

The questions can be read:
Date When?
Period/time span/duration how long?, when? or when?
Repeat how many times?
That is why I would sometimes ask the questions differently, as other things are asked.
