Testicle itching in the form of wetness?

I'm (17) and have been having testicular problems for a while now, and I don't dare go to the doctor because I'm embarrassed to stand in front of the doctor with my pants down and then have him grope me.
Here's my situation: I often wear thermal suits under my clothes in the winter. Now January has begun, and it's started to get hot under the thermal suit. I kept it on for a while because of the cold, but every time I peed and my balls got some air, it quickly became wet down there, and now it's dripping like crazy down my leg. Help!
