Terminate during the probationary period by letter?

Hey, I wanted to terminate my employment during my probationary period (just before the end) because it just doesn't work for me anymore and I want to do something else. Unfortunately, the notice of termination has to be sent by mail, and I wanted to ask how I can do that. The termination is only valid once it's in writing, but mailing it takes a bit longer. What's the best way to do that? I'd go to the post office tomorrow.

The optimal variant would be the delivery by messenger, where you put the termination in the presence of the messenger into the envelope, so that it can then testify not only the access to the recipient, but also the content of the letter.

However, since this is quite expensive and expensive, you can alternatively also use a write-in or write-in with a return note. At least the access is documented if not the content.

The termination does not have to be sent by post. This must be written as a one-sided declaration of will and signed to the employer. You can also go there and hand them over personally.

You send the letter by letter/return and finished. In the trial period, you do not need to give any reason in the termination, which is possible on both sides at any time.

In principle, it is enough if you write correctly that you want to end your working relationship with immediate effect and is good. Topic through.

Then the postman says, “I have a letter with a return note here, the employer says, “Don’t accept and swaups have failed to cancel, the termination is ineffective and the subject isn’t going through. Therefore, if you cancel by registered letter, then IMMER by registered letter, never with return…

As mentioned, it is usually possible to kiss at any time during the trial period. In your case, by now. That’s what I know.

Because it was like that in your case, it doesn’t mean it was like that in JEDEM. Above all, you should not write “fact” behind his wrong answer…

That it is at every termination 4 weeks is simply wrong. There are 4 weeks if there is no regulation in the contract. In the employment contract, however, the same termination period can be set for the employee as from the employer, so it is also possible to terminate periods of, for example, up to 7 months.

It’s better to write in. Return may be rejected.

Then the employer simply does not have to accept the registration and the termination has not been granted. If then by typing… Then the proxy is witnessing the termination.
