I just had to reschedule a doctor's appointment because I got sick. However, I did it online. I clicked "Reschedule Appointment" in the appointment confirmation email, then entered my last name and selected a new day with a different time. Then I received an email confirming the appointment, but nowhere did it say "Rescheduled Appointment." Now I'm worried I accidentally made a second appointment.
