Add the clamp in the counter and then summarize the potencies of x,y,z in the counter and denominator:

Counter:

2*(3+4) x^(2+3)

Denominator:

2 x^4 y^(5-3)

Split counter by denominator:

14/2=7, x^5/x4=x, y^5/y^2=y^3

Result:7 x y^3

Dissolve clips and potency laws (e.g. “Potences with the same basis are multiplied by adding their exponents”). 🙂
