I live in Switzerland and want to buy a product from an EU country. During the payment process, the amount includes shipping and VAT. Do I have to pay additional customs duties or something like that, or is it all already included in the total? Thanks

I would be betrayed by Temu, as the goods are from the far east like China. The prices are often favourable because the quality suffers and because child labour is or is being done. People are exploited for this. This is also not environmentally friendly, as the aircraft has to fly to Germany for more than 1000 km to get your order. In addition, were very often faked or are in a bad state. Frequently, the goods are even safe. It’s similar to Shein. That’s why I wouldn’t order there to help.
