My experiences with temporary workers are in focus equal to zero. Over the past few years I have been unemployed two times and I have applied for some 40 companies in this short period of unemployment (approximately three months). Of 99.9% of companies, I never heard anything again after my application. So for me, this kind of job placement has been done.

I was already in several companies where I had colleagues from temporary workers. Many of them were taken directly after a while.

I don’t think you can answer your question on a flat-rate basis, because every company is different, better or worse chooses the right place.

In any case, you have the opportunity to gain experience, even regarding what you like and what not.

If we are honest, time work is never the favored variant of employment. But if you find something better, you can always quit. Or be taken over. So why not try:)

Why not try? Because they exploit.

That’s bullshit. Defining package as exploitation is simply wrong. There are also jobs at temporary workers there you get more than fixed in the same position. In addition, overtime. Of course, if you’re just screwing in bags, you won’t get much, but even if you’re stuck somewhere
