Telefonnummer bei Hotmail Wechseln?
Ich bin kurz vorm Ausrasten. Hotmail fragt mich ständig nach einer Identifizierung per Telefonnummer. Jedoch ist meine hinterlegte Telefonnummer auf Hotmail eine alte Nummer. Um meine neue Nummer in meinem Account hinzuzufügen schickt mir Hotmail aber immer einen Code an meine alte Telefonnummer. Ich kann niemanden erreichen und bekomme NULL informationen. Obwohl ich angemeldet bin auf Hotmail und Einsicht habe in mein Profil kann ich meine neue Nummer nicht hinterlegen.
Ich kann nicht der Einzige sein der dieses Problem hat. Hat irgendwer eine Lösung für mich? Ich finde es absolut widerlich, dass man von Microsoft so hinters Licht geführt wird.
