Connect phone to router?
Hello everyone,
I have moved my Vodafone station (router) to another room and would like to keep the landline phone in the old room without laying a cable throughout the entire apartment…
How can I connect a landline phone to the router that does not yet support DECT?
I am also willing to buy a new one if that is possible
Thanks
Just create a DECT set with two devices. The base station is connected to the router. The second device is where you’re funny.

… and don’t take any Gigasets. They’re cramps.
Hi and thank you for the quick answer! Can any wlan router be automatically or must DECT be integrated? Otherwise sounds great and could solve my problem…
The base station of the DECT telephone set is connected to the telephone socket (TAE) it routers and then ensures the DECT connection to other devices. The router must therefore not be DECT capable but only have a TAE socket.
You could buy a DECT phone with separate base station
Thank you. Do you happen to know if DECT is supported by the Vodafone Stations? Did not find any specific information
