From:

There is a rule of thumb in the diet. If 10% of your daily food calories comes from junk food, this does not have a health disadvantage for you. However, also consider that there is a lot to fall under junk food, which may not be expected, for example all white flour products. And the bill goes up only if you are otherwise really only full-fledged herbal foods.

To get to your answer:

If you don’t have pre-disorders, the two spoons of sugar do not harm you. Because it’s not about a single food, it’s about my diet patterns. If this is true throughout, you don’t have to worry.

These flat-rate assertion is wrong!

If you are a type 1 diabetesr (DMTYP1

= predisorder) the💉Bolusinsulin

early and with a low BZ

💉spraying, the BZ does not rise very high

and therefore also 2 spoons

Don’t hurt sugar. How to do

I like this every morning!

Hello Kolp668, 👋

Tea with sugar?

Jaahh

it is good if you drink tea with 2 tablespoons of sugar every day and how many days after you take it when you always do it

So I drink already since x-years every day

a pot of tea with 2 1/2 teaspoons of sugar and

I’ve never gotten that way. It

always comes to General nutrition

whether you increase, or not.🥳

No, it’s not because that’s too much sugar. Tea completely without drinking sugar would definitely be better or at most with one or two teaspoons.

Whether you take or take off or keep your weight does not depend on whether you are drinking tea with sugar now, but whether you come across your calorie needs with your complete diet or not

Sugar is generally unhealthy. 2 tablespoons of sugar are not very little. But on the basis of this one cannot say whether you accept or not. Because this depends only on whether you take more calories than you consume. I would advise you to reduce sugar consumption.

This is neither good nor bad – you take the amount of carbohydrates to you, which is sugar. Whatever.

If you don’t move a little, you may not burn the carbohydrates – they are converted into fat (hard gold). This is the increase.

If you move a lot, they’ll be consumed – so they’re gone. No problem.

You could also use sweeteners instead of sugar (sweet-tabs, stevia-tabs) – these are less calories / carbohydrates, but this is a separate discussion.

Depends on what and how much you eat.

Also on the amount of sugar.
