Taylor Swift Tickets für Amsterdam über Ticketmaster von anderer Person gekauft?
Folgende Situation: Ein Freund von mir hat für mich und eine Freundin zwei Tickets für die Eras Tour in Amsterdam gekauft, weil ich in der Warteschlange festhing.
Jetzt weiß ich allerdings nicht, wie man den Namen auf den Tickets ändern kann, da es laut Ticketmaster ja nötig ist, dass der “Leadbooker” beim Einlass anwesend ist, um Zutritt zu bekommen, mein Bekannter allerdings selbst nicht zu dem Konzert geht. Eventim bietet ja eine Namensänderung an, Ticketmaster allerdings nicht und es ist auch nicht möglich, die Tickets über Ticketmaster exklusiv nur an Freunde zu verkaufen, was bei Eventim möglich ist.
Hat jemand einen Vorschlag, wie ich dieses Problem lösen kann? Schonmal danke im Voraus 🙂

Ticketmaster cannot change the names. You can transfer them, so they are in your account, but the name remains the one from the lead booker. Only through the resale it is repersonalized, but you cannot book tickets for someone there, but you can access them all and there is the risk that someone else can buy the tickets.
But I honestly don’t think that the names are controlled and you might just take a copy of your friend’s identity with + authority signed by him. That’s all I can think of.
