Hello, I got the DE ticket on October 15th and since it can only be canceled up until the 10th of the same month, I don't understand whether I have to pay for the next month as well, because when you cancel the subscription the earliest date is November 30th and not the same month….

Serious tickets can only be found on Fansale, a partner page of Eventim. Tickets are personalized and only there they can be repersonalized and transferred. If you buy your tickets elsewhere (Ebay, Viagogo, Ticket Bande…) then you probably wouldn’t let yourself in the hall as another name is on the tickets. In addition, tickets can only be transferred a few days before concert – so you could not get it immediately and would not be on the safe side
The release via FanSale is already released, as tickets are automatically repersonalized to the new buyer.
Only there are hardly any freely accessible offers for Taylor Swift.
The tickets are sold practically exclusively via ebay.
There are two possibilities: You can either buy the “pre-purchase right” for the tickets described in the eBay offer on eBay and then get from the seller a private link to the offer at FanSale for the tickets offered, which you can buy there for the original price plus 20 euros for the repersonalization.
