Taxfix übermittelt meine Steuererklärung nicht?
Ich habe am 15.12. meine Steuererklärung fürs Jahr 2022 in der Taxfix App erstellt. Hier steht Wartezeit 2-3 Arbeitstage, es ist jetzt aber ein Monat vergangen und es ändert sich nichts.
Wenn man den Support anrufen will hört man nur dass deren Telefonanlage ausgeschaltet ist und man soll eine E-Mail schreiben. Ich habe E-Mail geschrieben, kriege aber keine Antwort seit 3 Tagen.
Widerrufen oder abbrechen kann ich nicht mehr weil das Geld für die Erklärung schon von meinem Konto abgebucht wurde.
Hat wer den gleichen oder ähnlichen Fall?

As you seem to have the coal already, as a prepayment of TaxFix, I would sit back and wait in your place.
The coal? I didn’t get any money from them. They don’t even send my tax return to the tax office. Or what do you mean, “Because you seem to have the money already”?
That was my last tax return with the app, I’d rather pay for a tax advisor, but don’t get a penalty for delay…
