Täuschungsversuch und Note Abzug?

ich gehe in die 8. Klasse eines Gymnasiums und jetzt hat sich folgendes Problem im Englischunterricht ergeben:
Wir sollten in Englisch eine Hausarbeit mit einem digitalen Plakat über ein Thema gestalten, Dinge zu dem Thema herausfinden und dies dann abgeben. Allerdings war es verboten ChatGPT zu benutzen. Unsere Lehrerin hat aber so eine Prüfapp benutzt, die Besagt, dass ich das Plakat zu 76% mit ChatGPT gemacht hätte, was aber nicht stimmt. Leider möchte mir die Lehrerin nun eine 6 geben, weil sie sagt das wäre ein Täuschungsversuch.
Ich habe mich nun noch einmal schlau gemacht und meinen Text bei verschieden Internetseiten, die ähnliches machen eingeschickt und dort kam jedesmal etwas anderes raus, als Gegenversuch habe ich dann einen komplett von ChatGPT generierten Text prüfen lassen, der dann aber nur zu 50% von ChatGPT stamme laut dieser App, obwohl ich es nicht einmal benutzt habe
Meine Lehrerin möchte von mir jetzt einen Beweis, dass dieser Text nicht von ChatGPT stammt, ich habe aber zum Beispiel keinen gespeicherten
Suchverlauf auf Google und die ChatGPT App nicht einmal. Wie soll ich das jetzt B beweisen? Jetzt stellt sich die Frage, ob meine Lehrerin dieses Ergebnis als Beweis für einen Täuschungsversuch benutzen kann, oder ob das nicht vertraulich ist .? Jetzt möchte ich gerne wissen, wie ich weiter handeln soll?

If everything doesn’t make it point that 76% ChatGPT is not 100% ChatGPT.
The 76% of ChatGPT in the raw form are worthless and you would have used what ChatGPT has suggested to you as inspiration – why not.
Only in your composition and composition will (d) be a work of what you want to have scored.

Please. But if it was intended not to use ChatGPT at all, it probably won’t help you much…… But you can see what ChatGPT provides for ideas because you don’t like it. After all, you wanted to do the homework and not leave an empty poster.
You can also technically argue that ChatGPT cannot generate any images at all, but that ChatGPT only calls up the DALLE program, which then generates the images. So you used DALLE and not ChatGPT.

OMG your teacher pretends to be an important doctoral thesis, i.e. thesis in a relevant study. It’s best to talk to your parents. Teachers usually have more respect for parents than for their own students, believe me.
If she claims that you wrote the text with ChatGPT, she should also prove it, not you have to prove the opposite.
