Take the pill continuously, skip a break?
Hello, I'm going on vacation on Monday, and my 7-day pill break would start tomorrow. I'd like to take it all the way through because otherwise I'd have severe pain while on vacation. How exactly does that work? I want to take a break and then go back to taking it 21/7. I'll start taking it on Saturdays after the break. Should I take the whole pack and then take a break, or should I take it for a month? I'm not sure. Kind answers, please. 🙏🏼

What now? One or No Break?
In most common combination pills, you can easily move the medically unnecessary pause without loss of protection; prefer (after at least 14 pill days), move backwards, shorten or drop out completely (long-term cycle).
Only do not extend – so maximum (usually) 7 days without taking!
It doesn’t matter if you take 16, 21, 22, 28, 42, 50, 77 or 100 pills consecutively or the break takes one, four, five or seven days.

Then take two blisters on the piece without break and after the 2nd completely normal take the 7 days break.
Take the maxim, should not be a problem to take it through. That’s 6 weeks through and then 7 days off and start the normal rythmus again?
So both blister so 42 days pill then 7 days break then 1 blister then 7 days break and so on.

You can leave the break and continue to be protected. However, there could still be intermediate bleeding.
If you then took the last pill of this blister you normally go to the break for 7 days

Please cancel such actions beforehand with your doctor and don’t just do so. The pill is a not very weak drug, with which you should not experiment like that. Some pills are excellent for taking them through, others much less …
