Hello, I have a friend who has to call her parents every day after school to tell them she's going home. We're in 9th grade, and she has a four-minute walk. She's probably had to do this since elementary school. So the walk home from her is neither long nor dangerous. Is this normal? Would you or do you handle it this way with your children?
