I have nail polish remover that contains acetone. Do I need to let it work? Simply wiping it over isn't enough. How do I do that?
The topcoat apparently doesn't have a scum layer… but it still sticks to me, so I just apply a cleaner over it at the end. Is there a disadvantage to using a cleaner, even though you don't need to with the topcoat?
