Hello everyone, I bought a Skoda Octavia 1Z RS. The previous owner apparently had the headlights repaired, and I believe they were modified. Are they legal like this? (If I see it correctly, they added a blue stripe on top. Is that allowed? Is there anything else on the headlights that isn't standard?) Thanks
