I accidentally drove over a beacon at about 55 km/h, a familiar sight from construction sites. Not exactly in the middle, but more along the sloped side. There's no external damage to the tire or the suspension. I didn't notice anything unusual about the handling either. Should I still have it checked at a workshop?

Yesterday while driving I suddenly noticed an uneven running and discovered a screw in the tire (front left). I haven't removed the bolts yet. Is the tire likely to be ruined? I often drive on the highway and, of course, don't want to take any risks.
