Is Kate, the Princess of Wales, still called "Middleton" and Meghan "Markle"? Shouldn't they be called "Windsor" after the wedding?

The press is still talking about Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle. Is this simply a habit of the press? Didn't they take the surname "Windsor" from William and Harry after the wedding? Or is that not done in the circles?

Chicks hatched?

A few hours ago, a chick hatched with a meaty thing hanging from its butt. We took out the older chicks but left this one in the feeder. What can we do? The chick's legs aren't orange like the others, but yellow. It can't move either.
