Sur-Ron which driving license?
I'll be 15 soon and want to buy a moped, and I find the Sur-Ron quite interesting. From what I've read so far, you need a moped license (Class AM) and insurance. I was a bit confused, though, because almost all mopeds from that brand go faster than 45 km/h. Can someone enlighten me?
