Hello everyone, I bought an old "Perfect" stamp on eBay. Obviously, the ink pad needs replacing. My question is, where can I find such an ink pad, let alone a replacement? Or could I even make one myself? I am open to all suggestions. The ink pad can also be removed from the metal holder.

I've started an apprenticeship. I tried changing the date on the stamp today, but I have no idea how it works. There's nothing to turn, and if there is, it's completely hidden. It's roughly like the two large stamps at the back in the picture. But there aren't any numbers underneath that you can adjust.
