Why did Danzo steal Shisui's Sharingan?
Just before he took his eye they were having a proper conversation, then suddenly he took Shisui's eye where later Shisui gave the other one to Itachi. Why wasn't Danzo punished for this later? Why didn't the Third Hokage and Itachi do anything but "repent" or something similar to kill Danzo?
