Has anyone ever worn a corset with a neck piece?

Hello, Does anyone here wear or has ever worn a scoliosis/kyphosis corset with a neck piece or something similar? For a spinal curvature that's very high. Or do you know someone who does? How did you cope with it and how long did/did you have to wear it? Thank you!
