I don't understand why politicians want a general speed limit of 130 km/h. The speed limit is already 130 km/h, so you should be allowed to drive that speed limit, right? Where am I wrong? The maximum speed limit is already prescribed, isn't it? Or is it just a maximum speed limit for fuel-efficient driving?
