Does this structure prove quantum tunneling (the tunneling effect of electrons)?
On the right of the image is a battery pack rated at 2.6 volts and 5 amps. The two copper wires (+ and -) are separated from the other + and – copper wires by a thin layer of paper, which aren't supposed to conduct current. If nothing is done, the meter fluctuates between 0.00…
