Until now, I've always had the standard flame protection plates installed under my plancha grill. Today I realized that there's actually no need for such plates under the plancha grill. Can you just take them out or will you somehow disrupt the heat circulation?
I recently bought a gas grill and would like to make burgers. I have a stainless steel plancha that covers about half of the grill. My question is: Should I just place it on the grill grate? Which burners should I turn on? And how high should I set these burners? Any tips for burgers?
Hello, the question is above. I can't really find a clear answer. I'm talking about a grill plate, and some products advertise stainless steel and others brushed steel. What exactly is the difference? Because "normal" steel rusts. Kind regards
