Which university would you recommend for the physician assistant program?

I'd very likely like to study PA after I graduate. There are relatively few universities that offer it, and they're quite expensive. Can you recommend any universities with less expensive tuition fees? It would also be nice if you could name universities outside of Hamburg and suggest accommodation recommendations.
