Friend's bunker base – is there a penalty?
Hello I'm currently with a friend and he still has 48 base (48mg nicotine) and now we're wondering if he would be committing a crime if he gave it to me? Only 20mg/ml is allowed in 10ml bottles (ridiculous).

I have a question. What do you have to do if you only want 500ml of base? Do you have to mix 250ml VG and 250ml PG together or is that wrong?
