How should empty beverage crates be assessed from a fire safety perspective (catering)?
Beverage bottles (water, soft drinks, PET) are available for sale in the refrigerators, and empty crates are waiting to be refilled with empty bottles. Only empty crates are allowed to be stored during operations. There are approximately 40 crates per evening.
