Until recently, I was streaming on PS5 and didn't have the option to use any overlays, but now that I have a PC, I have the option to use overlays (chat overlay, handcam, etc.). Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks and best regards

Every time I restart my PC and OBS Studio starts automatically, it asks me if I want to start in safe mode. I don't want to do this; I want to start normally. Can I turn this feature off?
