Is a nuclear reactor the same as a reactor pressure vessel?
Can the nuclear reactor in a nuclear power plant also be referred to as a reactor pressure vessel? Or are there differences between the two? Thanks in advance for the answers 🙂

The Candu reactor uses heavy water as a moderator and coolant. Heavy water is extremely expensive. I once bought 1g in an ampoule for €15; the cheapest price I could find was around €2,000 per liter. A reactor like this requires enormous quantities. How much is that roughly, and how much is paid for it?…
I have been given a physics problem and unfortunately I am having trouble solving it and I cannot find anything on the internet.
If there is a blackout for an extended period, can nuclear power plants become dangerous in any way because certain control systems cannot operate or something similar?
Is it possible to power aircraft as long-term bombers or long-term reconnaissance aircraft similar to a submarine or many ships with a nuclear propulsion system instead of an internal combustion engine?
