Why do architecture universities usually only teach how to design modern buildings? Are there universities that teach classical architecture?

Gothic, Baroque, ancient… they look much more beautiful, appear more timeless, have more character, and you can put the geographical location into context. Are there universities where "classical" architecture is taught?
