Does hot glue stick to modeling clay?
I'm currently working on something with modeling clay, but it keeps collapsing. Can I first attach two pieces with hot glue and then add more modeling clay around them? Will that hold?

Hi, I like to model intricate things and would like to know which modeling clay is suitable for this. Up until now, I've always used air-drying clay, but it crumbles very quickly and doesn't hold very well. Does anyone know which modeling clay I can use to make intricate things that will hold better?
I'm currently modeling something out of air-drying clay and wanted to ask what the "varnish" is called that you put on last to seal it and make it shiny, and where you can buy it. Could you also find it in Tedi, for example? Thanks 🙂
Hey, Yesterday, I bought some Stylex modeling clay from Tedi and planned to use it to model tealight holders, including a "ghost" that would be placed over the candle and then shine through. After reading up on it, some clays are said to be highly flammable, and before I risk it, I wanted to ask…
Hello 🙂 I would like to use Polyform Super Sculpey modeling clay to make a figure. I've secured the aluminum foil underneath the modeling clay with masking tape. The figure needs to be baked in the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. Is this problematic because there's paper tape underneath the clay? I've…
I was considering getting this modeling clay because it seems quite fine (if you have better alternatives, please let me know!). For me, the main thing is that the modeling clay is very fine, but also that I can easily work on it afterward (sanding, sanding with a file, sandpaper, etc.). I still have to…
Many bicycle keys vary in the shape of their handles. Many don't have the same hole as other keys. Can you "unify" the keys with modeling clay? Which modeling clay should you use?
Like in the 90s or the early 2000s?!
Hi, I love crafting, but I'm not a huge fan of modeling clay, which is why I keep trying out different types of clay (could you recommend one for me, please?) About two weeks ago, I made something with Stylex modeling clay, but it still hasn't dried (I'm attaching a picture of the clay I…
Do you know if they also sell modeling clay there like at Tedi or Action?
I want to make an ashtray out of modeling clay and decorate it with acrylic paint and other stuff Is acrylic paint fireproof/safe? If not, what would I need to paint over it to make it fireproof? And is there a transparent compound that I can use, for example, if I want to depict water,…
