Can't decide between Glorious Model O and Model D?

I'm aware that they're identical, except that the Model D is more ergonomic, but I still don't know which one to get for Minecraft PVP. I don't want to make a bad purchase. It's possible that the Model D accepts fewer CPs than the Model O. Since we live in Germany, you have to order…
