Do you really need a high-performance blender with 28,000 to 30,000+ revolutions per minute for green smoothies? The higher revolutions are supposed to break down the plant fibers, breaking down the cellulose walls so that these nutrients can be absorbed by the body. But isn't a normal stand mixer enough?
