Who else thinks that Joost Klein was unfairly disqualified from the song contest?

If what I read is true, the songwriter from Israel somehow secretly filmed him and he ran his hand over his neck (for head off), but didn't touch her. So even though I think that Switzerland deserved to win, the Netherlands is and remains the real winner for me
