Hello, we have to make a herbarium at school and I don't know which tree this leaf belongs to anymore I hope it is clear and precise
Hey, in 8th grade, we have to make a herbarium in biology class. The plants I collected are now dry, but I don't know what I actually collected. I would therefore like to ask you to help me identify the herbaceous plants and the plant family. Thanks in advance 🙂
So, we've been given the task of making a herbarium, and the leaves have to be green. The problem is, my leaves are turning brown, even though I press them well with newspaper and books, and I change the newspaper almost every day. Is there anything I can do about this?
Top right are lavender, rosemary, lemon balm and cornflower (not sure about cornflower) and on the left is some chamomile and yarrow, but what about the rest?
(must not be plants from the garden like lavender or something like that, should be native plants from the meadow) Thanks so much
Hello dear flower lovers, biologists, gardeners and all other people! I have a question about mutations in flowers. How does it happen that some flowers have fewer or more petals? I've noticed this phenomenon especially in flowers that are small and grow in large numbers (e.g., elderberry, forget-me-not). Probably because the mutation rate is higher…
I collected this leaf as shown in the picture for a herbarium but I don't really know what it is. Does anyone have any more information?
So I can use this for the herbarium. We're supposed to use a herbaceous seed plant for this. If daisies aren't an option, what other easily found, urban-growing herbaceous plant could I use? It should be too big.
Hello, I have to press and identify plants for my herbarium in biology. I found this plant on the side of the road. My plant identification app says it's a sea chrysanthemum, which is very unlikely, right? maybe someone can help me 🙂
I'm supposed to create a herbarium for school; these are the requirements: 2 trees with fruit or blossom 3 shrubs with flowers or fruit 5 herbaceous plants 2 grasses It's July now, and I feel like there's very little available. Do you have any ideas about what plants I could look for now that meet…
I have to make a herbarium and would love it if someone here knew a bit about plants and grasses.
