How do you solve this math problem?
Hi Unfortunately, I don't quite understand how to solve number 6 on the worksheet. If someone could explain it to me, that would be very helpful 🙂

How do I find out? I need help Task: Which graph is f and f'?
Can someone help me with the following problem? I'm not making any progress. Thanks in advance:)
Hey, this is the task: Are the solutions possibly: a) The extreme point at x=4 is at (4/2). b) The extreme point at x=4 is at (4/-1). Is this true? If not, how does this task work? Thank you.
Hey, the task is: Describe what kind of point it is. a) f(5)=-3; f'(5)=0; f''(5)>0. b) f(2)=0; f'(2)=0; f''(2)=-6. Thank you.
I have been given the function f(x)=x³-54x and am asked to calculate zeros, extrema and inflection points. For zeros, I got the zero product theorem: x1=0 x2=+7.3 x3= -7.3 For extremes: T(4.2|-152.712) H(-4.2|+152.712) For turning points = 0 Is that correct ?
Here comes the next task. It would be great if I could get some help 🙂
I gave the following: I did the first three derivatives and then set the first derivative equal to 0. After that, I couldn't get any further. Can someone help me?
All three derivatives have been done, x has been calculated, x has been inserted into the original function, now I just don't know how to calculate y.
Hey, could someone help me with this task: Thank you.
Hey, can the following problem be solved using the so-called sign change criterion? If so, how? Could someone possibly provide an example of the problem? Thank you.
Hey, I was asked to determine the peak and trough points of a certain function using the sign change criterion. I did just that. Could someone help me with the second part of the task?: How do I describe the course at the point X=0 (of f) without seeing the graph? Thank you.
