The sentence "Nevertheless, he succeeded in passing the "Affordable Care Act" nicknamed "Oba-macare" as a comprehensive health care reform law and its amendments, although without a public health insurance option.", confuses me.
Why were many words invented by Shakespeare adopted into the English language, but those of other playwrights were not?
I'm giving a GFS on Shakespeare soon, and I'm wondering what was so special about him that made words he invented and others' words not. Why did he change the language so much? What did he have that others didn't?
