If a savings certificate matured at the beginning of December, the account statement has already been delivered, but the saver has failed to adjust the distribution of the tax allowances – can he still do this by the end of the year or are the amounts for capital gains tax and solidarity surcharge already lost?

I would really like to have another winter with lots of snow, but milder temperatures. I find today's winters in Germany horrible. Just wet and cold without snow and perpetual frost. Are you looking forward to or hoping for a white Christmas?
