Should you spit out Elmex gel or rinse it out? I've often read that you should spit it out, but other sources say you should rinse it out, and rinse it thoroughly with water. Now I'm not sure what I should do: Spit it out or rinse thoroughly with water?

I should brush my teeth 3 times a day, floss 3 times a day, use interdental brushes 3 times a day, brush my bite splint once a day, and use Elmex Gelée once a week. Is part-time work still possible or is it better to claim citizen's allowance for perfect dental health? Thanks!
Hello! The packaging says that Elmex Gel should only be used once a week. But just theoretically: what happens to your teeth if you use it more than once a week over a long period of time? (I don't want to know anything about the rest of the body, just the teeth)
