Can I ride my scooter over the Elbe bridges?

Hello everyone, Very stupid question for the people of Hamburg or whoever else knows. Am I allowed to ride my scooter (45 km/h) over the Elbe bridges and then directly back down to Veddel? I just read no, but that feels like an ancient post. A friend said yes, but he wasn't entirely sure either….

Why does everyone find HafenCity so beautiful?

I thought that would be nice, then I took the U4 to Elbrücken and I almost puked, it was so ugly, there were only construction sites everywhere, only construction sites, graffiti or streets, an ugly train station, I saw the whole of HafenCity and even Steilshoop is better.
