Hello everyone, Here in Northern Germany, there are a few croque shops. A croque is basically a baguette with, for example, ham, cheese, salad, and a delicious sauce of your choice. (e.g., Crazy Croque) I've been trying to get a similar sauce or make it myself for a long time now, mainly the garlic sauce….
