Hello, I'm from Switzerland. When I see German license plates, I always wonder how they're structured. In Switzerland, it's so simple and straightforward… But the German ones, and also other European license plates, aren't. Can someone explain to me how they're structured (preferably using the colors in the picture)? And conversely, do you EU citizens…
